1. Free Trial

Every new vendor receives a 7-day free trial starting from the date of successful vendor registration. During the trial period, vendors may list and sell products on our marketplace, subject to our marketplace rules.

2. Monthly Membership Fee

After the free trial ends, vendors must pay a membership fee of £7 per month to continue selling on the marketplace.

3. Payment Method

Membership fees must be paid manually using the payment methods specified by the marketplace administrator. Vendors must provide proof of payment when requested.

4. Monthly Renewal

Membership is renewed monthly after payment has been received and verified by the marketplace administrator.

5. Late or Missed Payments

If a vendor does not pay the membership fee when due, the marketplace administrator may temporarily suspend the vendor’s selling privileges until payment is received.

6. Marketplace Rules

All vendors must comply with marketplace policies, product listing requirements, customer service standards, and applicable laws.

7. Policy Changes

The marketplace administrator may update this policy when necessary. Vendors will be informed of significant changes.
